Weekly menu (1.24.10)
Last week we were pretty far off when it came to sticking to our menu. Various things came up in the evening that changed our plans — but we still managed to avoid eating out the majority of the week.
So, without further rambling — here’s our weekly menu for this week..

Weekly menu (1.18.10)
Setting our our weekly menu in advance has been a God-send this year. Sure it takes a little time on the weekend (or Monday morning) but it saves us so much time later in the week trying to figure out what to cook. It’s also helping us save money because we’re less likely to get [...]

Yup. I’m the odd one that actually enjoyed salisbury steak from the school cafeteria. It was one of the top cafeteria [...]

Dining with friends
It’s interesting how often food is mentioned in Scripture.
We see it parallel our spiritual lives in so many ways.
What goes in, must come out.
Man cannot live on bread alone…
Take and eat, this is my body…
Even the early Christians were known to partake in a “Love Feast” where everyone joined together and shared their meals and [...]

Sushi night – take one
Well, as I mentioned in the Tuesday Briefs this week, on Twitter several times, and on this week’s podcast – last night was sushi night at Casa de Blundell! Woot! Woot!
Now I’ve never been a huge sushi eater. I’ve had it a few times and liked it, but it always seems a bit overpriced to [...]
