Ustream videos not working? – Fixed!
While trying to watch a conference via Ustream, I found a horrible discovery — the site would no longer load video.
I tried Internet Explorer (IE8), Firefox and Chrome. Nothing.
After numerous Google searches, I was still out of luck.
No video on the site would load.
YouTube worked. Vimeo worked. Facebook video worked.
But no Ustream. Nothing but [...]
Answering the question :: What should I blog about?
I have several friends (and family members) with blogs that get updated somewhat frequently. Others are far more occasional, and still others, I have to wonder if they’ve forgotten their password.
When I ask them about it, their usual response is, “Well I don’t know what to write about.”

Add an author’s bio to Wordpress posts
For one of my clients, they’ve requested author level permissions for all the members in their organization. This could become a huge headache — very quickly — or if managed correctly, a highly effective communication tool.
With every member writing and commenting, it can become hard to know who’s writing what, or what context they’re coming [...]
Sticking my toes back in the water
Well, the book is basically finished.
Other than finalizing the cover, I think everything is ready to go to the press. In fact, I plan on releasing a version for Amazon’s Kindle next Tuesday – Dec. 1. So if you have a Kindle, or their desktop software, you’ll be able to purchase a copy of [...]
The Anatomy of a Tweet
Several people have commented that they see my Tweets (Twitter updates) pop up in Facebook, on my blog, or other places and they don’t have any idea what they mean. So, I thought I’d break it down a little to help you understand the anatomy of a Tweet.
